Terms & Conditions
These are our general terms and conditions. These are, together with the references they contain, applicable to every agreement that we - parfumado B.V. (with Chamber of Commerce number: 68443048)- enter with you. May you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or via post: parfumado B.V. You agree that always the last version of our general terms and conditions wil apply to any agreement we make with you.
Article 1 - Products and Working Method
We sell decanted perfumes in travel vials and vial holders. All products shown on this website are the authentic brand perfumes. The perfumes on our website are absolutely NOT imitations or copies of brand perfumes. We have no judicial relationship with the brands shown on our website. The perfumes are individually decanted by Parfumado B.V. and Parfumado B.V. is not associated with the designer or the manufacturer of the perfumes.
Article 2 - Registration
You are to register yourself if you wish to order a product. For this, you need to provide us with your personal details. You are to fill in these personal details truthfully and these are to be up to date. We protect you personal details carefully; see our Privacy Statement on our website. Use a strong password for your account and never share your password with others. You yourself are responsible for potential misuse of your account (for example: if someone with your password orders something from us).
Article 3 - Payments
The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. Your paymeny goes via our online pay service; Mollie is in charge of this pay service. We cover the delivery fees.
Article 4 - Delivery
We deliver your product to the address you have indicated with your order. You cannot change the address anymore once we have sent the package. PostNL and the Royal Mail is in charge of the distribution. We do our best to deliver our products within three to five work days. If the order is delayed, we inform you in writing. We guarantee that the order will be delivered not later than 30 days after order confirmation. If this unforeseeably does not succeed, then you can request us to (a) immediately refund the sum that you have payed for the product, or (b) send a another product (of equal value) as substitute.
Article 5 - Returns
You may always return a product within 30 days of having received it. To do this, you can use a return form or send an e-mail to email@example.com. After you have received confirmation from us, you need to send the product within 14 days. When we have received the product, we refund the total purchase price and pay the return fee (the product is to be returned via letterbox mail). During the period you have to think about whether you want to keep the product or return it, you are to handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack the product insofar as that is necessary in order for you to decide whether you want to keep the product.
Article 6 - Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply when the damage is caused by our intent, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. Your right for compensation in case of damage will in every case be maxiumum the sum of the ordered and payed product.
Article 7 - Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights (such as: authors' rights, figurative marks, word marks) on our texts, photos, videos and other footage, are our property (or property we have under management with the consent of the rightholder). Your usage may not infringe upon this property.
Article 8 - Complaints
If you have a complaint about the implementation of this agreement, please do inform us. Please send your complaint as quick as possible (and as detailed as possible) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will deal with your complaint as rapidly as possible, at the latest within three days after having received your complaint. In case it takes longer to settle your complaint, within a few days you shall receive a confirmation of your complaint and we will let you know when we expect to give you a substantive answer. If we cannot resolve the complaint between both parties, a dispute -that falls under the settlement of disputes- will occur.
Article 9 - Dispute Settlement
Concerning these general terms and conditions as well as agreements we conclude with you, the Dutch law applies. The court in Amsterdam is competent in case of a dispute.
Article 10 - Promotional Terms & Conditions
Regularly, we offer discounts on our products. This discounts are temporarily valid. Each discount code may be used by maximum two subscriptions per household (= unique address). If people abuse our discount codes (by for instance creating several subscriptions using one discount code on the same unique address), we reserve the right to inactivate their subscriptions. These people will receive a monetary refund for the leftover of their subscription and their perfumes shall not be sent to them.
We report people who abuse our discount codes, that is to say people who use codes that they have not received in their personal capacity (via e-mail).
